3. You agree to give us the right in choosing a more appropriate category for your submitted content. While you may choose which category to place your articles in, we have the right to change the categories, particularly if they have been classified incorrectly.
4. Submitting your content to Article.Ws automatically grants us the following rights:
• Circulate and publish your content at Article.Ws as well as on any of its article directory associates.
• Publish your content using the RSS format so that other sites may find it easier to syndicate the articles and the site.
• Publish your submitted content any time, whether on a real time, daily, or on a weekly-newsletter basis.
5. You understand and agree that Article.Ws does not provide any compensation to anyone who submits articles to the site. Article.Ws is a free service offered to authors, writers, and publishers. Publication and circulation of your articles at the site does not entitle you to any payment or fee whatsoever. However you will reserve all credit for your work and the resource box will contain your name as the author as well as the URL of your website.
6. As an author or publisher you agree that you may not include any affiliate links in your submitted article or content. While it is acceptable to promote an affiliate program through your articles, it is important not to include links in the body of the article. You can get your own domain for the affiliate products and use the resource box to link to your domain.
7. You agree to give Article.Ws the right to translate your articles into other languages to be published on our partner sites. While the article has been translated into other languages, your article will stay complete and your resource box will still contain a link to your URL.
8. Article.Ws reserves the right to make alterations on these terms of service anytime necessary. However you and the rest of the community will be notified of such changes accordingly through our site blog.
9. You agree to give us the right to post advertising or ad banners on the web pages where your articles are located.
Publisher’s Term of Service
1. The copyright of each author whose articles you intend to publish should be respected at all times. This means that the resource box should contain a link to the URL of the author and that any link included should not be altered, among others.
2. You do not reserve the right to make any changes on articles not authored by you. This includes editing, rewording, or making any alterations on such articles.
3. It is important for you to use only live hyperlinks so that the users of the site can easily click on the link and be directed automatically to the specific destination.
4. You understand that using any articles from Article.Ws for spamming or for purposes of sending unsolicited emails is prohibited.
5. You recognize the importance of not publishing any material or content which hold racist or hate views and other illegal and inappropriate material such as porn.
6. You agree that you cannot sell any article or content published in our directory without securing the necessary permission first from the author. This covers the sale of articles individually or collectively.
