Attitude. The best people to man your show displays are those who display the right attitude. The way they interact with the visitors to your booth reflects on your company. The people who comprise your show display staff should also possess the necessary information regarding your company, your products, and perhaps even knowledge about your potential customers as well. They should be trained to answer questions succinctly, and should also be able to demonstrate your company’s products as well. Training should be provided for your staffers to ensure that their knowledge is adequate to the task. Make sure that they know how to jot down pertinent information after every conversation with a visitor.
